Antonia McKee Bliznets is an associate attorney of Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP.

Ms. Bliznets received her bachelor’s degree in 2014 from the University of California at Davis and her juris doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in 2021 with CALI honors. While attending Southwestern’s SCALE Accelerated Two-Year Program, Ms. Bliznets volunteered for Small Claims Legal Clinic and COVID Legal Clinic and was also a board member of student organizations Students for Technology Law & Entrepreneurship and Mass Incarceration Awareness Legal Society.

Ms. Bliznets represents employees in all aspects of California state and federal labor and employment litigation. As a litigator, Ms. Bliznets represents clients in complex class actions and representative actions brought pursuant to the Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”), in addition to single plaintiff claims inclusive of wage and hour matters and other claims.

Ms. Bliznets is admitted to the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice before all State and Federal courts in California.
