Associate Attorney
In 2007, Mr. Wilcox obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Japanese from the University of California, Berkeley. In 2012, Mr. Wilcox graduated from Pepperdine University’s School of Law and became a member of the California State Bar.

Mr. Wilcox has handled both individual and collective actions from inception through trial and has created systems for automatically performing in-depth analyses of employment records to identify wage and hour violations. Mr. Wilcox has tried several matters, including multiple employment cases and multiple non-employment cases. His expertise has resulted in obtaining multiple millions of dollars for clients. Mr. Wilcox strives every day to enforce the rights of employees against often uncaring employers who frequently flagrantly violate California law at the expense of others.
