Colin Mendoza is an associate attorney of Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP.

Colin Mendoza is an attorney with a background in corporate law, intellectual property transactions, and employment litigation. He earned his B.A. in Philosophy from UCLA and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, where he was recognized as an Entertainment Law Fellow. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2024.

Drawing from experience in in-house roles, tech startups, and boutique entertainment law firms, Colin applies a strategic and well-rounded approach to legal advocacy. Currently, he is part of Lavi & Ebrahimian’s wage and hour employment litigation team, managing a full caseload of individual and class action claims against employers. His work spans from case inception through resolution, handling both litigation and settlement negotiations.

Outside of the law, Colin enjoys big wave surfing, backcountry snowboarding, music production, and nature photography.
