Shannon N. Claire

Associate Attorney

Shannon Claire is an associate attorney at Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP.

Ms. Claire has been practicing law since being admitted to the California State Bar in 2009. Ms. Claire has extensive litigation experience, having tried cases to verdict on several occasions, conducted arbitrations, and handled appellate work. Ms. Claire has worked on both the plaintiff and defense side in several different practice areas, but labor and employment law is her passion, and has been her exclusive area of practice since 2018.

Ms. Claire earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2006 from the University of Redlands as a double major in Government and Anthropology. Ms. Claire attended Santa Clara University School of Law and graduated in 2009. While in law school, Ms. Claire was named Best Oral Advocate in Honors Moot Court. She also received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Research and Writing.

When not practicing law, Ms. Claire enjoys traveling, baking, going to concerts, and playing with her son.
