Christina M. Le

Senior Attorney

Christina “Tina” M. Le is a Senior Attorney at Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP, and a seasoned legal practitioner focused on championing the rights of employees and individuals in employment and class action matters. Tina specializes in handling a wide range of employment claims in state and federal courts—including wrongful termination, pay and overtime, workplace retaliation, discrimination and harassment, accommodations, leaves of absence, separation, severance, misclassification of employees as independent contractors, and more. At Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP, Tina is focused on handling class action claims involving wage and hour and other employment related disputes.

Tina, who received the prestigious recognition as a “Super Lawyer” in 2025, is currently devoted to holding big tech and other companies accountable for the impact of emerging technologies, like AI, on workers. She and her team at Lavi & Ebrahmiam, LLP seek redress for harmed workers and work to ensure these companies—some of which are worth billions of dollars—comply with federal and state laws.

Since she started practicing law in 2005, Tina has been a powerful advocate for her clients. Tina first started her career as a defense attorney, working for several prominent local and national firms. Tina later transitioned to plaintiff-side work, where she found her true calling as an advocate for employees and individuals. Tina is now focused solely on helping her clients fight the same big companies she used to represent. Her knowledge from working on the defense side gives her special insight that she uses to her clients’ strategic advantage. With a track record of success and a commitment to empowering those in need, Tina brings results to the table, obtaining multi-million dollars in recovery for her clients in employment and other plaintiff side matters.

Tina is an active member of several local and national legal professional organizations, where she is often called upon to speak as an expert in employment and class action topics. Tina is also a board member of the West Los Angeles Chapter of Red Cross, and a dedicated volunteer of A Walk On Water, an organization that provides amazing surf therapy events for special needs kids. In her free time, Tina finds joy in fine dining, art projects, checking out local music shows, and taking her “spirited” sausage dog Dahlia on adventures.
