Daniel C. Keller
Associate Attorney
Mr. Keller is an associate attorney at Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP, and a member of the firm’s litigation team.
Mr. Keller has devoted his entire legal career to fighting for workers’ rights. Mr. Keller received his B.A in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, in 2006, and obtained a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the ABA-accredited program at California State University, East Bay, in 2009. Before law school, Mr. Keller worked for a decade as a litigation paralegal at a reputable Bay Area firm focused on representing workers in wage and hour class actions. Mr. Keller graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 2020, and was admitted to the State Bar of California in January of 2021. After law school, Mr. Keller worked at a plaintiffs’ firm devoted exclusively to representing low-wage, largely immigrant workers in litigation throughout California’s Central Valley and beyond.
Mr. Keller joined Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP in 2025. His practice focuses exclusively on class action and Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”) litigation.
