Eric D. Tims
Associate Attorney
Eric Tims is a passionate advocate for employee rights at Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP, where he focuses on wage and hour class actions to hold corporations accountable and secure justice for workers. He is dedicated to enforcing California’s labor laws for large groups of employees who have been wronged by their employers.
Mr. Tims channels his conviction that every worker deserves to be paid fairly into achieving multi-million dollar settlements in complex class action and PAGA litigation. He has been instrumental in challenging the unlawful pay practices of major corporations. His work is centered on the principle that a collective voice is the most powerful tool for vindicating employee rights and compelling widespread compliance with the law.
Mr. Tims earned his Juris Doctor from Western New England School of Law, where he received Dean’s List honors and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bowdoin College.
