Associate Attorney

Javad TahbazSalehi is a results-driven class action lawyer dedicated to ensuring his client’s voices are heard against major corporations and big industry tycoons. He is based out of Los Angeles, California.

Javad has long held a passion for the law and standing up for the rights of others. Clients can feel at ease with Javad representing them as he will competently and zealously advocate on their behalf to ensure he gets them the best possible outcome. Further, he is dedicated to conducting thorough research and never leaves a stone unturned. Javad is unafraid to go to any length to figure out the best possible strategy for a client’s case.

Helping those who have suffered injuries or wrongdoing is what Javad finds most rewarding. As a result, clients can rest assured that he will do everything in his power to ensure their situations are improved.

Prior to law school, Javad served in the Marines. He graduated with honors from California State University, Long Beach with a B.A. in Political Science and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Javad’s practice has primarily focused on helping those who have suffered employment violations and personal injuries. His work speaks for itself.  He considers the following notable examples of his skilled legal work:

  • Advocating on behalf of a client with a back injury to double his settlement.
  • Litigating multiple class action and mass tort campaigns to successful settlements.
  • Taking part in complex litigation on behalf of multiple underage victims of sexual abuse against California schools, districts, and faculty.

While with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, Javad took part in drafting memos for the discharge upgrade of veterans suffering from various ailments. As a result of Javad’s work, veterans received upgraded discharge ratings and maximum military benefits.

Javad is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.

Native to Los Angeles, Javad volunteers his time to keep the beaches clean. He has lived in the South Bay beach cities for most of his life and loves the ocean. When he’s not practicing law, he enjoys hiking, camping, playing guitar, yoga, and breath work.
