Melanie Rodriguez is an associate attorney of Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP.

Ms. Rodriguez received her B.B.A. in International Business from St. Edward’s University in 2009 and her law degree from Southwestern Law School in 2019. Prior to law school, Ms. Rodriguez gained her Paralegal Certificate and was a practicing paralegal for many years.

Ms. Rodriguez was admitted to the State Bar of California in February 2020, and has practiced employment law since 2019, where she is a passionate advocate for employee rights, focusing on wrongful termination and discrimination cases.
