William Tran

Associate Attorney

William Tran is an associate attorney of Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP.

Mr. Tran received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Social Ecology, Criminology, Law and Society, and Psychology & Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine in 2014. He received his Juris Doctorate from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (Formerly UC Hastings) in 2020.

Mr. Tran was admitted to the State Bar of California in February 2021. Prior to joining Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP, Mr. Tran was an attorney based in Oakland where he worked primarily in Plaintiff-Side Consumer Class Actions. Since joining Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP, he has dedicated his practice to representing employees in wage and hour class action and PAGA representative action litigation.

Mr. Tran is an active member of the State Bar of California, the California Employment Lawyers Association, and all State and Federal District Courts of California.
